This welcome offer is provided by Luminaire Montréal, operated by Euro Style Design Inc.

Eligibility

The offer is available to a new Luminaire Montréal customer who registers through an authorized welcome form and receives a valid welcome code. The offer may be used once per customer and once per household. Reasonable limits may apply to prevent misuse.

Eligible products

The discount applies to eligible regular priced lighting products purchased through luminairemontreal.ca or directly through Luminaire Montréal where the code is accepted.

Exclusions

The offer does not apply to sale or clearance products, mirrors, heating products, gift cards, services, installation, delivery, freight charges, taxes, special orders, or any product or brand expressly identified as excluded.

Combining offers

The welcome offer cannot be combined with another coupon, promotional code, trade discount, negotiated price, or other discount. Where more than one offer could apply, the customer may select the eligible offer that provides the preferred value.

How the discount is calculated

The discount is calculated on the eligible product price before taxes. It does not reduce delivery charges, freight charges, services, or taxes.

Additional conditions

• The code has no cash value and is not transferable.
• The offer cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
• A refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned item.
• A used code is not restored after a return. If Luminaire Montréal cancels an order through no fault of the customer, we may provide a replacement code.
• We may refuse or cancel use of the offer where there is fraud, misuse, a technical error, or an ineligible purchase.

Offer changes

We may change or end this offer for future registrations. A code already issued remains subject to the validity period and conditions provided with that code, unless a change is required by law.
