About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Luminaire Montréal and use of luminairemontreal.ca. Luminaire Montréal is operated by Euro Style Design Inc., located at 2001 Trans Canada Route, Dorval, Québec H9P 1J1.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, finishes, images, prices, and availability. Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Product specifications can change without notice. Please confirm critical dimensions, electrical requirements, compatibility, and installation conditions before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not confirm acceptance. We may verify product availability, pricing, payment, delivery details, and other order information before accepting an order. If an item is unavailable or information is incorrect, we may contact you with options or cancel and refund the affected amount.

For an online purchase, we will send a written copy of the contract by email within 15 days after it is entered into, as required by applicable Québec law.

Special orders and final sale items

Custom, modified, made to order, special order, clearance, display, and expressly identified final sale items may have limited cancellation or return rights, subject to applicable law. Any special conditions will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other disclosed fees are added at checkout or included in a written quotation. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.

Promotions

Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. We may refuse a promotion where there is an error, misuse, fraud, or an ineligible purchase.

Installation and project suitability

Lighting must be selected and installed according to the product instructions, applicable electrical codes, and site conditions. Installation should be completed by a qualified professional where required. The customer is responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for the intended location and use before installation.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Our Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Exchanges, and Warranty and Damage Claims policies form part of these terms.

Website use

Website content is provided for personal and commercial purchasing decisions. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce protected content without permission.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Euro Style Design Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsuitable installation, or failure to follow product instructions. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable laws of Canada.
