Carta

Overview

The Carta 12 inch wall sconce pairs a matte black steel vertical bar with a frosted rectangular shade for a crisp, architectural silhouette that reads modern without drawing attention. At 12 inches high with a 7 by 4 inch footprint, it sits visually narrow and tall, making it well suited as an exterior wall light flanking an entry, beside a garage door, or in a covered porch; it is also specified for indoor outdoor use so it can work in transitional interior spaces such as a hallway or stair landing. The frosted glass softens and deflects the integrated light while the central dark bar provides a restrained visual anchor, producing a gentle, even wash rather than a focused beam.

Because the fixture uses an integrated LED rated at 10 W, 316 delivered lumens and a 3000 K colour temperature with CRI 90, expect warm white illumination with good colour rendering while keeping energy use low; the lamp is dimmable, so confirm dimmer compatibility for your circuit. Practical checks before purchase include the 7.0 by 4.0 by 12.0 inch dimensions and 2.2 lb weight to verify scale and mounting, confirming a standard 120 V supply, and considering grouping or spacing if used in runs for consistent outdoor lighting effect.
