Umura

Overview

The Umura 49 inch chandelier presents a linear, sculptural silhouette: a matte black steel cylinder anchors a series of fused metal rods that are adhered to the centre where the integrated light source is neatly encased. The rods sweep outward to form a wave effect so each slat is subtly highlighted by grazing light, giving a polished, rich composition that reads as modern chandelier and statement lighting. With a 49.0 inch length, 8.0 inch width and a 3.5 inch profile, its visual scale works well centered over a medium to large dining table or as foyer lighting where a slender horizontal element is desired.

This fixture uses integrated LED technology at 12 watts delivering 260 lumens at 3000 kelvin and a CRI of 90, and it is dimmable. Those numbers indicate warm, colour accurate ambient illumination rather than high output task light so plan additional sources if you need brighter illumination. Before purchase confirm preferred mounting height and canopy placement with your installer, verify the fixture suits your ceiling electrical box and that your dimmer is compatible for smooth dimming. The Umura is a strong choice when you want refined form and a calm sense of motion in a contemporary interior.
